Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms and Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AJAS M M ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the mobile application Bus Simulator Kerala(the "App").

App Store & Google Play Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and AJAS M M only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). AJAS M M, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Age Restrictions

The App is intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf.

3. Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AJAS M M grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control.

For iOS Users: This license is limited to use on Apple-branded products as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Accounts and Progress Saving

The App allows you to play as a "Guest" or to log in using third-party authentication services (Google Play Games on Android, or Unity Player Login on iOS) to save your progress.

• If you play in Guest mode, your progress is saved locally on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data may result in the permanent loss of your progress and purchased virtual items.

• We are not responsible for the loss of any in-game data, currency, or purchases due to account issues, device factory resets, or failure to log in.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

The App includes features that allow you to purchase virtual currency ("In-Game Currency") using real-world money.

• No Real-World Value: In-Game Currency has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and can only be used within the App.

• Final Sales: All purchases of In-Game Currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the respective app store's refund policies.

• Payment Processing: AJAS M M does not process payment information. All transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6. Subscriptions (No Ads)

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription designed to remove mandatory advertisements.

• Scope of "No Ads": Purchasing this subscription will block all forced advertisements, specifically interstitial ads and banner ads. It does not block or remove "Rewarded Ads" (see Section 7).

• Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

7. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertising provided by third-party networks (including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, and ironSource).

• Mandatory Ads: Unless you have an active "No Ads" subscription, you will be shown mandatory advertisements, such as banners and interstitial ads, during gameplay.

• Optional Rewarded Ads: The App also features "Rewarded Ads." These are strictly optional advertisements that are only shown when you explicitly choose to watch them in exchange for in-game currency or rewards. Rewarded Ads remain available to all users, regardless of whether they have purchased a "No Ads" subscription.

• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.

8. Maintenance and Support

AJAS M M is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJAS M M expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. For iOS Users: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

10. Limitation of Liability and Product Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AJAS M M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

You and AJAS M M acknowledge that AJAS M M, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of the user or any third party relating to the App or the user’s possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

AJAS M M retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, AJAS M M, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

12. Legal Compliance and Export Rules

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

14. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
