• Custom Identifiers: A Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) generated at runtime to help us identify and fix bugs early.

• Purchase Verification: While we do not process payments, we collect and store the order receipt ID associated with in-app purchases solely for the purpose of preventing fraud and tampering.

• Location Data: We do not directly collect, request, or store your precise GPS location data. (Note: Third-party ad networks may use your IP address to infer approximate location for ad serving).

B. User Accounts and Authentication

You can choose to play the game in Guest Mode (where progress is stored locally on your device) or by logging in to save your progress:

• Android: We use Google Play Games Services for authentication.

• iOS: We use Unity Player Login for authentication.

When you log in, we receive a unique identifier associated with your account from these services to save and load your game data. We do not receive your email address or password.

C. Data Collected by Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These services may collect information used to identify you, such as your IP address, device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID, Apple IDFA), and usage data.

We use the following third-party service providers:

Bus Simulator Kerala offers in-app purchases (for in-game currency) and recurring subscriptions (for an ad-free experience).

All transactions and payment details are securely processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or billing information. We only collect the order receipt ID to verify the legitimacy of the purchase.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

The Service is restricted to users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
